Quote Accuracy & Adjustments
– All quotes are based on the information provided and online property measurements. If property conditions differ upon arrival (e.g., yard size, obstacles, excessive debris, steep slopes, or locked gates preventing access), the quote may be adjusted accordingly.
– If a quote adjustment is required, we will notify you before proceeding with service.

Service Limitations & Requirements
– The property must be accessible on the scheduled service date. If our team cannot complete the service due to locked gates, pets in the yard, or other obstacles, a cancellation fee may apply at our discretion.
– Lawn mowing services do not include removal of excessive debris, large branches, or pet waste. Additional charges may apply for cleanup services if required before mowing.

Scheduling & Cancellations
– Appointment times are subject to change based on weather, scheduling demands, and other operational factors. We will notify you of any necessary rescheduling.
– Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy, which varies depending on the type of service requested.

Billing & Payment
– Payment terms depend on the service selected. Some services require prepayment, while others are billed upon completion or on a recurring basis. See our Billing Policy for details.
– Non-payment for services may result in late fees or suspension of future services.
